Acility Africa Advisory (“Acility”, “we”, “us”) respects the confidentiality of everyone who contacts us. This policy explains what limited information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to acilityafrica.com only.
Information we collect
This is a brochure website. We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us through the enquiry form. That information is:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your organisation (optional); and
- the message you write to us.
Our servers also keep standard technical logs — such as IP address, request time and page requested — for a short period, solely to operate the site securely and diagnose faults.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it. We treat every enquiry with discretion. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own domain rather than external networks. You can use the site without accepting any cookies.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary to respond to you, to manage any resulting relationship, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or archive it securely.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email us at info@acilityafrica.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security and international correspondence
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us. As we advise across Africa and internationally, correspondence may be received or processed outside your country of residence; we handle it with the same care wherever it is held.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows when it was last revised. For any question about privacy, or to exercise a right described here, contact us at info@acilityafrica.com, or write to 14 Riverside, Arlington Building, Riverside Drive, Nairobi, Kenya. This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya.
