  • Northern Corridor

    Mombasa–Nairobi–Kampala–Kigali, extending toward eastern DRC — East Africa's highest-volume trade artery, anchored on Mombasa Port and the SGR.

  • LAPSSET

    Lamu–Isiolo with branches toward Juba and Addis Ababa — Kenya's second-corridor programme: port, highway, pipeline and rail components.

  • Central Corridor

    Dar es Salaam–Dodoma–Isaka–Kigali, with Lake Tanganyika access — standard-gauge rail under phased delivery.

  • DESSU Corridor

    Djibouti–Ethiopia–South Sudan–Uganda — Red Sea gateway linking the Horn to the East African interior.
